We accept exchanges on defective products within 7 days of the original invoice date.
It is the buyer responsibility to pay and shipping the product for return.
We will at our own discretion either repair or replace the product.
Returning the product to you is at our expense.
If you choose to return an item within Seven 7 days of the original invoice date and request
a refund, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The return of the product
is at your expense.
If after 30 days from the invoice date your product proves to be defective, please contact
the manufacturer for warranty information.
We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
You must ship the returned item in a shipping box wrapped in approved shipping materials such as
bubbles wrap to protect it.
We will reject all returns if they are not properly boxed or sent without a box.
If returned product is found not to be defective or if contents are missing or the packaging is not in
"like new" condition, a 30% restocking fee will be added.
